Stanley unusually played with a stick on his walk. Listened to “A grand don’t come  for free” by the Streets in honour of next year’s gig. 

Stanley walk. Absolutely lovely evening in York. Amazing dinner at “Pairings” courtesy of Graham and Leisa.

Last long training run. 8km in 50 mins. Brekkie at the garden centre. Xmas decs purchased. 2hrs gardening.

Workout. Stanley walk. Made homemade Doner Kebabs for tea. Pretty decent!

Ran 5k of the Abbey Dash. Watched gay Xmas film (Yay!). Watched Colossal (Boo!). Won at Outsmarted. A lovely day. 

Gledhow Valley Walk. Over to Bradford for the Night Sky Show with Adrian West. Space education and fun!

Fri : Run. Hyde park walk. Set up the WhatsApp book group “Books are ace!!”. Homemade Mowgli curries for tea.
