5k run and then 9k walk around Fairburn Ings RSPB sanctuary.

Thought it was Monday all day. First pilates session with Louise.

Walked through Victoria park to the Olympic park. Stanley’s first tube ride. Home.

Stanley’s first trip to London. He was an angel. Canal walk. Regents Park. Hackney. Dim Sum. 

First veggies planted. Got a plan. Now let’s see what happens.

Is it Saturday? Hard to keep track. Meanwood Park. BBQ with Lynn. Trip see Richard Hawley play with Black Dyke Band. Unique and fabulous!
