Re-united with Jez and Stanley.  First BBQ of the week (gonna be a scorcher).

Alnmouth solo visit to the Stephensons. Morpeth for a beach picnic and impromptu art. Martin joined for dinner in Amble. 

Run (was tough). Birthday lunch with Richard at Bundobust. Drinks at Boathouse. Felt like being on holiday!

First straight Hen Do went well. Jeremy kindly drove home. Family nap time!
